Shipping
Processing time varies depending on the size and complexity of each order. We do our best to ship within three business days. Large orders could take up to 2 weeks for production.
Shipping is a flat rate of $2.95 per order. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35 with code freeship.
Return Policy
Since every order is 100% custom, we do not allow returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong size or prefer a different product.
We strive to ship only perfect products but we are human and do make mistakes. Therefore, if there is an issue with your order, we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please note the following:
- We must be notified within 72 hours from delivery of any defects.
- We require you submit a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.
- We may request that you return 100% of a defective order before we reproduce your order.
- We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.
- We will use the original production time and shipping method when reproducing an order.
- All sales are final.
Application Problems
NOTE: Vinyl is best is applied as soon as possible after receiving (within 5 days or less). The longer the vinyl sits between the application tape and backing paper, the harder it will be to apply. Please follow the application instructions carefully. Refunds will not be issued due to application errors.
Misspellings
We are NOT responsible for misspellings on signs that you design. If there is a misspelling we will print it the way it is and assume it was made intentionally by you, the customer. In some cases, that is if we catch it, we may contact the customer to be sure the misspelling is the way you want it.
Orders WILL NOT be replaced (for free) due to spelling errors made by the customer, even if you ask us to check the spelling for you in the Comments section, that is not our responsibility so DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SPELLING BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT! If we make the mistake, the order will be replaced on us.

Promo codes, specials, discounts, etc. can be terminated at any time by Savvydesignsstl.com without notice. PROMO CODES or DISCOUNTS WILL ONLY BE HONORED IF THEY ARE ENTERED AT TIME OF ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS.
